Liliana Rico is a health and safety professional with more than two decades of experience supporting organisations across manufacturing, logistics, agriculture and education sectors.

Throughout her career, she has provided advisory support to multi-site businesses operating across various states in Australia, delivering practical and proportionate safety solutions tailored to operational environments.

Her work is grounded in prevention, capability development and sustainable wellbeing strategies that reduce injury-related costs while strengthening worker morale and leadership confidence.

Liliana’s qualifications include:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

  • Wellness Designs Practitioner (Australian Leadership Academy)
